Cross Training workout that consisting entirely of doing burpees:
1st minute do 1 burpee – rest
2nd minute do 2 burpees – rest
3rd minute do 3 burpees – rest
4th minute do 4 burpees – rest
5th minute do 5 burpees – rest
*continue doing one more rep of burpees each minute until you cannot complete all the burpees in that minute.
