Women’s Kickboxing Classes

We are now offering women’s kickboxing fitness classes at our Burlington, NC location. Kickboxing classes are being offered 2 days per week on Wednesday morning at 6am and Saturday mornings at 10am. Call us today for more details. Kickboxing classes are a great way to get in shape quick and will tone your entire body.

Cross Training workout that consisting entirely of doing burpees:

1st minute do 1 burpee – rest

2nd minute do 2 burpees – rest

3rd minute do 3 burpees – rest

4th minute do 4 burpees – rest

5th minute do 5 burpees – rest
